We are currently seeking a motivated Marketing Specialist to manage our brand presence and support our strategic growth across our diverse product portfolios.
The Role
Reporting to the Director, you will be the driving force behind our market research and promotional execution. This is a pivotal role where your analysis of the healthcare market will directly influence our product positioning and international tender success.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research into the healthcare needs of the Asia-Pacific region to identify new market opportunities for our surgical and pharmaceutical lines.
- Strategy Support: Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans that align with the company’s objective of being the preferred supplier for Government, and NGO funded projects.
- Product Positioning & Pricing: Analyse competitor pricing and supply chain trends to advise management on the optimal product mix and pricing strategies for international markets.
- Promotional Coordination: Manage the end-to-end execution of promotional campaigns and new product updates, including digital content for email marketing and technical brochures.
- Trend Forecasting: Monitor and interpret shifts in the medical technology and pharmaceutical sectors to predict future demand and inform procurement decisions.
- Agency & Vendor Management: Coordinate with external creative agencies and internal sales teams to ensure a unified brand message across all export markets.
Other Responsibilities
· Providing support to internal teams with literature and samples required for tenders.
· Production of sales and inventory reports.
· Coordinate activation of new product codes and transfer pricing adhering to company procedures.
· End-to-end coordination of all new business activation across local and export market trade channels.
· Assisting internal teams with the production of quotations, administrational support to marketing projects, conferences, and workshops, ensuring that all marketing documentation adheres to company templates and guidelines.
Selection Criteria
- Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in a marketing role. Prior experience in B2C, B2B, healthcare, and international trade is a significant advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in market research methodologies and data interpretation.
- Experience with CMS platforms and digital marketing tools (EDMs, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Experience in using ERP, MS Office, Outlook Express, Browsers, E-mails.
- Ability to synthesize complex market data into actionable insights for the leadership team.
