CS Venture is looking for a confident and well-connected Client Engagement & Business Development Officer to help grow our migration and education client base.
This is not primarily an administrative role. The main focus is generating enquiries, building relationships and connecting potential clients with our migration and education team.
We assist clients with services including:
- Student visas
- Subclass 485 Temporary Graduate visas
- Employer-sponsored visas including 482 and 186
- Partner visas
- Skilled migration
- Education and course enrolments
- Other Australian migration matters
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and client enquiries for migration and education services
- Build relationships with international students, graduates, workers and other visa applicants
- Develop referral networks within local communities, businesses and professional networks
- Follow up prospective clients and arrange consultations with our migration agents
- Promote our services through networking, events, community engagement and social media
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and referral partners
- Identify opportunities for employer sponsorship and business migration enquiries
- Keep accurate records of leads, follow-ups and client conversions
What We’re Looking For
- Strong network within the international student, migrant or multicultural community
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with potential clients
- Previous experience in education, migration, student services, sales, recruitment or business development is highly regarded
- Understanding of the international education or migration industry is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and achieve lead-generation targets
- Strong English communication skills; additional languages are highly regarded

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
