About the Role
As a Beauty Artist, you will deliver exceptional beauty and wellness services while embodying the Ivy Reign philosophy of care, professionalism, continuous growth, and attention to detail.
You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and transformative experience for every client while maintaining the highest standards of service, hygiene, and presentation.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Experience
- Deliver luxury beauty services according to Ivy Reign standards and protocols.
- Build genuine relationships with clients through exceptional care and communication.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments and home-care solutions.
- Ensure every client leaves feeling confident, refreshed, and valued.
Service Excellence
- Perform treatments safely, professionally, and consistently.
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies to sanctuary standards.
- Follow all service protocols, hygiene requirements, and operational procedures.
- Stay updated on new treatments, techniques, and product knowledge.
Team Contribution
- Participate in daily briefings, training, and performance reviews.
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.
- Assist with operational tasks, client follow-ups, and service recovery when required.
- Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and a growth mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

- Relevant beauty certifications and training.
- Experience in facial treatments, skin care, body treatments, or beauty services.
- Sales and retail experience is an advantage.
Pay: $30,000.00 – $39,000.00 per year
