REV is a powerhouse reformer studio located in the Oasis Centre, Salamander Bay.
We're so excited to bring modern, dynamic + strength-based reformer Pilates to the Bay. We're all about great movement, great coaching + creating an energetic, welcoming space people genuinely look forward to coming to.
We’re looking for qualified instructors who are confident, friendly + genuinely love teaching. You don’t need to fit a particular “Pilates personality” we want instructors who bring their own energy, creativity + teaching style while delivering a consistently great experience for our members.
THE ROLE
You’ll be teaching group classes at our Salamander Bay studio across our contemporary reformer + Hybrid class styles.
Our contemporary reformer classes give you room to be creative. We love instructors bringing their own personality, movement ideas + teaching style to their classes while working within the REV class framework.
Our Hybrid classes work a little differently. These are pre-programmed by REV with clear class formats + programming provided, so you won’t need to create the workout yourself. Your focus is on leading the room, coaching great technique, connecting with clients + delivering a bloody good class.
Casual hours are available across our weekly timetable, with the opportunity for regular ongoing classes as REV grows.
WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU:
- Hold a recognised Reformer Pilates qualification
- Are confident teaching group reformer classes of up to 12 people.
- Have a strong understanding of Pilates principles, technique + safe movement
- Bring positive energy + genuinely enjoy connecting with people
- Have flexibility to teach across early mornings, daytime and/or afternoon/evening classes
- Genuinely enjoy providing great customer service
- Are reliable, punctual + take ownership of your classes
- Are open to feedback + willing to participate in ongoing training
- Can confidently offer options + progressions for different abilities
- Love being creative + bringing fresh ideas to your reformer classes
- Are a team player + happy to contribute to a supportive studio culture
- Care about the entire client experience, not just delivering the workout
- Want to be part of a new studio + growing community
Certificate III and/or IV in Fitness and/or Pre/Postnatal qualifications are highly regarded but not essential.
PAY
Our casual employee rates are aligned with the Fitness Industry Award, with the applicable rate based on your classification, qualifications + experience.
If you already operate as an independent instructor and prefer to work with REV as a sole trader/contractor, we’re also happy to discuss whether a contractor arrangement could be suitable.

Pay: $36.81 – $42.34 per hour
Expected hours: 2.0 – 10.0 per week
