About the Role
We are seeking a professional and organised Bodyshop Receptionist to join our team on a 12-month contract.
As the first point of contact for customers, insurers, and suppliers, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the day-to-day administration and coordination of our busy Bodyshop department.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively coordinate between customers, insurance companies, estimators, and workshop staff to ensure repairs progress smoothly and customers remain informed throughout the repair journey.
Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner

Coordinate vehicle bookings and maintain the Bodyshop repair schedule

Communicate with workshop management and estimators to obtain production updates

Provide regular repair status updates to customers via phone, email, and SMS

Update insurance portals and systems with repair progress and required documentation

Manage customer check-ins and vehicle collections
-
Monitor and respond to Bodyshop email enquiries

Support the wider Bodyshop team with administrative and customer service duties as required

Previous experience in a collision repair, automotive service, or Bodyshop administration role is highly desirable
