Solace Healthcare is expanding its footprint in the Western Sydney region. We are looking for an autonomous, motivated Contractor Podiatrist to take over an active, waiting caseload spanning two residential aged care facilities and one modern fully equipped medical centre.
This role is designed to give you complete schedule flexibility, premium fee splits, and absolute logistical support—meaning zero overheads and no packing dirty tools to take home.
Part 1: The Aged Care Caseload (Reliable, High-Volume Income)
You will oversee podiatric care for a stable community of 140–150 residents split across two local facilities.
- The Schedule: Fully flexible. There is no limit on the number of residents you can see per day, allowing you to maximize your daily earnings. You simply manage the schedule to ensure every resident is seen on a consistent 6-week rotation (~8 visits per resident, per year).
- The Remuneration (Tiered Funding Model)
- Visits 1 to 5: $30.00 (incl. GST) per resident consult (High-tier care management phase).
- Visits 6 to 8: $20.00 (incl. GST) per resident consult (Standard care facility phase).
- Equipment: Premium instrument kits can be provided for you on-site, or you are welcome to bring your own preferred tools.
- Clinical Duties: Complete routine treatments, diabetic assessments, and update a quick progress note and care plan for each resident via the facility system during your visit.
Part 2: The Medical Centre Clinic (Diverse Private Practice)
Build your private clinical reputation alongside a multidisciplinary team.
- The Schedule: Initially 1 day per week, with immediate scope to increase your days as the clinic patient base grows.
- Premium Fee Splits (Incl. GST):
- 40% Split for all General & Routine Treatments.
- 50% Split for Advanced Treatments (including custom orthotics, biomechanical assessments, negative casting, nail surgery, wart surgeries, etc.).
- The Infrastructure: We provide absolutely everything. All clinical machinery, state-of-the-art equipment, and consumables are supplied and fully stocked.

What We Need From You:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Podiatry with current, unconditional AHPRA registration.
- Registered Australian Business Number (ABN/ACN) and current Professional Indemnity Insurance.
- A valid National Police Check & WWCC notification
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient-first approach to care.
- Own transport and a valid Australian driver's license.
- Both experienced clinicians and enthusiastic recent graduates are welcome to apply!
