Taylan Cleaning Services is growing, and we’re looking for a Cleaning Supervisor who can lead a team, uphold high standards, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves (literally).
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Leading and supporting cleaning teams on site
- Doing quality checks (yes, even behind doors)
- Training staff and setting the standard
- Making sure scopes of works are followed
- Stepping in to help when needed — we lead from the front
- Communicating with management about any issues
Basically, you’re the person who makes sure “good enough” doesn’t exist.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous professional cleaning experience (supervisory experience highly regarded)
- Attention to detail that borders on obsessive (in a good way)
- Reliability — if you say you’ll be there, you’re there
- Strong communication skills
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Availability for day and/or night shifts
Bonus points if you’ve ever re-cleaned something “just because.”
