About the Role
Join us as a Catering Assistant Level 2 and help deliver a high-quality food and beverage service in a busy, customer-focused environment. You’ll prepare fresh meals, support smooth service and help the team meet changing demands and timeframes.
Prepare salads, sandwiches and hot breakfast items
Deliver efficient, high-volume meal service
Manage ingredients and stock control
Support food and beverage service across multiple areas
Assist with training and welcoming new team members
Work closely with supervisors, chefs and catering colleagues
Adapt to changing service needs and priorities
About You
You’ll bring a positive, team-focused approach and a commitment to delivering quality food service in a busy environment.
To be successful in this role you will:
Read and interpret menus, instructions, policies and procedures
Communicate clearly and follow written and verbal direction
Work collaboratively and meet required service timeframes
Bring a strong commitment to quality and customer service
