PAAR Company is a Retail business of tobacco, lottery items and giftware and we are looking for ambitious, hardworking and qualified Retail Manager to head our operations and supervise our team along with maintaining high compliance standards.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Training and handling the staff including but not limited to managing payroll, rosters.
- Strict adherence to state and regulatory compliance and health department requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong professional relationship with our trading partners, sales representatives and franchisor.
- Being in charge of ordering, invoicing, auditing stock to ensure smooth merchandise turnover.
- Timely payments of vendors and in charge of relevant store items pricing.
- Execute sales and market plans to optimize business growth.
- Proven experience as a Retail Manager or Store Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Golden Casket Lottery systems is highly regarded.
- Experience in stock control and inventory auditing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and roster staff.
- Excellent communication and customer conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement growth strategies.
Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
