About the role:
Our client is seeking experienced Recruitment Advisors to join the team on a temporary basis for an initial 3–6 month period during a major transition phase.
These positions will play a critical role in supporting BAU recruitment. The roles will primarily support high-volume operational recruitment across multiple business units
This is a highly hands-on environment suited to recruiters who are adaptable, team-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume recruitment across store operations, transport & warehouse
- Partner with stakeholders and hiring managers to support hiring needs
- Coordinate video interviews, medical checks, and verbal offer processes
- Maintain accurate recruitment activity and workflow management within ATS
- Assist the wider team during peak periods and transition activities
- Contribute to a collaborative, flexible, and team-focused culture
- Support process efficiency and recruitment delivery targets across the function
About you:
- Previous experience in high-volume recruitment or talent acquisition
- Retail, logistics, operations, FMCG, or blue-collar recruitment experience highly regarded
- Comfortable managing large vacancy volumes and fast turnaround recruitment
- Confident working in agile, fast-paced environments
- Hands-on approach with willingness to support wherever required
