McKinnon Hotel is seeking a confident and motivated Sports Bar Attendant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality setting and is eager to expand their skills across multiple departments within a busy venue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver fast, efficient, and high-quality bar service, including expertly pouring beers and preparing beverages.
- Provide exceptional customer service while accurately taking food and drink orders.
- Operate TAB terminals confidently and assist customers with wagering services.
- Work flexibly across various areas of the venue, including Sports Bar, Gaming, Functions, and Restaurant/Cocktail Bar.
- Uphold RSA requirements, venue compliance standards, and professional presentation at all times.
About You:
- Previous experience in a busy bar or hospitality environment is essential.
- Strong TAB experience and confidence in wagering operations are required.
- Availability on Thursdays and Saturdays is highly regarded.
- Must be flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating rosters.
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic and willingness to grow.
