Xpert Property Services is seeking a motivated and confident Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our growing team.
This is a flexible role focused on outbound calling to businesses, introducing our services, generating interest, and booking appointments for our management team.
This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys speaking with people and is comfortable making outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients
- Introduce Xpert Property Services and our range of services
- Identify decision-makers and qualify opportunities
- Schedule appointments for our sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes
- Follow up with prospective clients as required
Requirements
- Previous cold calling, telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Professional and confident phone manner
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Ability to work independently
- Access to a phone and internet connection
