We are looking for an experienced bartender who is passionate about cocktails, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working as part of a professional, supportive team. About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience working behind a busy bar
- Current RSA certificate
- Confident preparing classic and signature cocktails
- Able to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Physically fit and capable of handling busy service periods
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Reliable, organised, and punctual
- A genuine team player with a strong work ethic
- Available to start immediately
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
- Maintain consistency in cocktail presentation and quality
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service
- Keep the bar clean, organised, and fully stocked
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and restocking
- Follow RSA requirements and venue procedures
- Complete opening and closing duties
- Work closely with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and venue presentation
