At Stryker, we're driven by one mission: to make healthcare better.
We're looking for a hands-on Technical Installation Supervisor to help deliver world-class Operating Theatres across Australia and New Zealand. If you enjoy working with technology, solving problems on-site, and travelling, this could be the role for you.
Based in Brisbane, you’ll travel Monday to Friday (no weekends), working on-site across ANZ with a supportive, experienced team.
Your days will be hands-on, varied and fast-paced. You'll:
Troubleshoot issues in the field and find practical solutions to keep projects moving
Coordinate contractors, builders and hospital stakeholders throughout the installation
Complete quality checks, testing and final commissioning activities
Why join Stryker
Be supported from day one with structured training and mentoring
Grow into leading larger projects — with the team behind you
Access world-class learning, development, and employee benefits
Be part of a company that values integrity, impact, and people-first culture
Who you are:
This role is for someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and confident in leading onsite work.
Experience working in technical, hands-on environments (e.g., electrical, AV, or mechanical installation)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to work independently on-site and manage trades and timelines
Excellent communication skills — able to interact with builders, hospital staff, and internal stakeholders
Confident managing installations solo, but also a team player who thrives with support
No healthcare experience required. If you've worked in AV, electrical, communications, mechanical installation or a similar technical environment, we'd love to hear from you.
