Job Summary
Responsible for designing and delivering SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions aligned with business planning and supply chain requirements. The role involves defining IBP architecture, designing planning processes and integrations, leading solution implementation, and ensuring scalability, performance, and data integration across SAP and non-SAP systems. Works closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective IBP solutions and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities – SAP IBP Architect
Design and lead SAP IBP solution architecture aligned with business and supply chain strategy.
Translate business requirements into scalable IBP planning solutions and processes .
Lead configuration and integration across SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA and other systems .
Define planning models, master data, key figures, time profiles, planning areas and supply chain processes.
Drive Demand, Supply, Inventory and Response & Supply planning solutions.
Ensure data integration, quality, security, performance and overall solution scalability.
Provide technical leadership across design, development, testing, deployment and support .
Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, developers and external vendors.
Identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation and continuous improvement .
Define architecture standards, documentation and best practices for SAP IBP.
Support issue resolution, root-cause analysis and performance optimisation for IBP solutions.
Mentor technical teams and provide guidance on SAP IBP capabilities and roadmap .
