About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and service-led Front of House Manager to lead the guest experience at Indigo Oscar.
This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for setting the tone on the floor, building a high-performing team, and delivering a consistent, elevated service experience. You will work closely with the Venue Manager and kitchen team to ensure service is seamless, considered and reflective of the venue’s character.
Key Responsibilities

Lead from the floor, setting the standard for service, presentation and guest engagement

Coach, mentor and develop the front-of-house team to deliver confident, attentive and genuine hospitality

Oversee daily service operations, ensuring smooth coordination between front and back of house

Build strong relationships with guests, creating a welcoming and memorable experience

Partner with the kitchen team to ensure aligned timing, communication and service flow
-
Support labour management, rostering and cost control in line with business targets

Monitor service performance and identify opportunities to refine and elevate the guest experience

Maintain compliance with health and safety, liquor licensing and operational standards

Foster a positive, collaborative and accountable team culture
About You

Proven experience in a Front of House leadership role within a high-quality restaurant or hospitality environment

A confident and visible leader who enjoys being on the floor and engaging with guests and team members

Strong operational understanding of restaurant service, with attention to detail and flow
-
A natural coach, with the ability to build capability and accountability within teams
-
Sound commercial awareness, including experience supporting labour and cost management
-
Clear and considered communicator, able to work effectively across teams and stakeholders
-
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating experiences that feel considered and memorable

Strong knowledge of food, beverage and service standards, with an appreciation for quality and detail
