The opportunity
The Procurement Analyst will focus on procurement and inventory catalogue data quality and procurement system reporting using TechnologyOne. You will build and maintain Power BI dashboards that turn reliable procurement data into actionable insights—ensuring stakeholders can trust reporting and make informed purchasing decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support TechnologyOne procurement data extracts, reporting and data quality checks.
- Maintain and govern procurement & inventory catalogues (accuracy, completeness, currency).
- Power BI dashboarding (mandatory): build, enhance and maintain dashboards.
- Monitor data integrity and support controls to strengthen compliance and reduce errors and mismatches.
- Analyse procurement/catalogue data to identify trends, risks, cost-saving opportunities and improvements.
- Support spend analysis, tender evaluations and supplier negotiations to streamline procurement processes.
- Provide analytical reporting support and collaborate with stakeholders to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years procurement experience across multinational FMCG companies and/or leading local organisations.
- Advanced analytics capability with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through procurement insights.
- Proven experience in spend analysis, tender evaluations and supplier negotiations, including identifying cost-saving opportunities and streamlining procurement processes.
- Power BI required: end-to-end dashboard building and ongoing maintenance.
- Proficiency in Power BI, SAP, Cognos and advanced Excel to generate clear insights and support compliance and strategic decision-making.
- TechnologyOne experience is highly desirable.
