About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
· Bachelor or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
· Current membership (or eligibility) with Speech Pathology Australia
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Passion for delivering person-centred therapy services
· Current or willingness to obtain:
· NDIS Worker Screening Check
· Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
Previous NDIS experience is desirable but not essential
Your Responsibilities
· Deliver evidence-based speech pathology services within the community
· Assess, develop and implement individualised therapy plans
· Support clients across the lifespan with communication and swallowing needs
· Work collaboratively with families, carers, support coordinators and multidisciplinary teams
· Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports
· Manage a community-based caseload while meeting achievable performance expectations
· Mentor junior clinicians and students where appropriate
