Blissful Salon in Wentworthville seeks a full-time Working Salon Manager/Lead Stylist & Makeup Assistant to deliver premium hair and beauty services while overseeing daily operations in a professional environment. This dual role involves providing expert styling and makeup, managing client relations, handling stock, and ensuring high salon standards in the owner's absence.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide a full range of hair styling services, including cuts, colours, treatments and styling for clients of all hair types
- Consult with clients to understand their requirements, preferences and hair care goals, offering professional advice and recommendations
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and ensure the salon environment is clean, organised and welcoming
- Use professional hairdressing techniques and products to deliver quality results that exceed client expectations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and positive word-of-mouth referrals
- Keep up-to-date with current hair trends, techniques and industry best practicesManage your appointment schedule efficiently and ensure punctuality for all client bookings
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation and sterilisation proceduresContribute to a positive team atmosphere and support colleagues to deliver excellent customer service
Pay: $25.00 – $37.00 per hour
