Position: Chef
Background to Cammeray Waters Conference Centre:
Cammeray Waters is a stunning 200-acre private lakeside estate located in the heart of the Macedon Ranges, hosting unforgettable weddings, professional corporate retreats, and serene group escapes. We pride ourselves on offering an unparalleled combination of natural beauty, refined hospitality, and personalised guest experiences. Our goal is simple: to create an environment that feels both purposeful and peaceful, where every guest feels looked after, and every event feels special.
Our mission is not just to provide accommodation, but to curate an atmosphere. This requires time: to find the right team, create the right spaces, and deliver experiences that inspire. That’s why we’re looking for someone who understands what hospitality truly means, someone who knows that excellence is built on both consistency and warmth.
We’ve spent years developing our unique property, including multiple lodges, lakeside pavilions, onsite ceremony sites, and country-style guest suites. Every day, we’re in conversation with our clients and partners, asking what more we can offer. Now, we’re ready to grow.
If you are a driven, experienced hospitality professional who values teamwork, attention to detail, and the privilege of shaping guest experiences from the moment they arrive, then scroll no further. We’d love to hear from you.
