【Key Responsibilities】
1. Act as a trusted HR partner to senior leaders and managers: advise on people-strategy alignment, organisational design, workforce planning, talent management and capability building.
2. Lead full lifecycle HR support for your portfolio: recruitment & onboarding, performance management, learning & development, career development, retention and offboarding.
3. Provide expert guidance on employee relations, compliance with Australian employment legislation and industrial/award frameworks (including Fair Work, EBA/IR issues as applicable).
4. Drive and support change management, culture initiatives, employee engagement programs and wellbeing strategies.
5. Use HR analytics, workforce metrics and business data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, and present insight and recommendations to leadership.
6. Coach, develop and build capability among managers so they can lead high-performing teams, manage performance issues, and create inclusive work environments.
7. Collaborate with HR centres of excellence (e.g., Learning & Development, Rewards & Benefits, HRIS, Talent) to ensure consistent service delivery and alignment across the People and Culture function.
8. Ensure accurate HR systems, processes and documentation are maintained (role descriptions, structure, HRIS data, policy frameworks)
【What We Are Looking For?】
1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. More than 5 years' experience in an HR or administrative role; an interest in the automotive industry is a plus.
3. Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
7. High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
Pay: From $9,000.00 per month
