About the Role: We are looking for areliable, proactive and confident salesperson to join our team. This role involves calling our existing and repat customers, building relationsips, identifying opportunites and generatingsales.
You will be working from our office and speaking with customers who already know our business, making this an idal role for someone who enjoys sales, customer service and developing long term client relationships
Key Responsibilities:
Contacting existing and repeat customers by phone
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services
Generate sales and follow up on opportunities
Keep customer records updated
Work towards sales targets and business goals
Provide excellent customer service at all times
About You
Previous sales or phone based experience preferred
Confident communicator with a friendly and professional manner
Reliable and punctual
Self motivated and proactive
Comfortable making outbound calls
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Able to work varying shifts from week to week
