Brightwater is seeking an experienced and adaptable Enrolled Nurse to join our South Area Residential Aged Care Relief Pool on a permanent part-time basis. In this role, you will cover planned leave across our Waikiki and Dudley Park residential facilities.

About the role
As a member of our South Relief Pool team, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care across Brightwater’s residential aged care homes in Waikiki and Dudley Park. Working alongside multidisciplinary teams, you will support residents’ wellbeing, independence, dignity and quality of life.
This role is ideal for experienced Enrolled Nurses who:
- Enjoy variety and different working environments
- Are confident adapting to new teams and settings
- Have strong clinical skills and aged care experience
- Want the security of guaranteed permanent hours
Availability requirements
To be considered, you must:
- Be available a minimum of three weekdays (Monday to Friday) each week
- Be available for Morning and Afternoon shifts
Essential requirements
- Current Ahpra Enrolled Nurse registration
- Minimum two years post-graduate aged care experience
- Strong clinical assessment and care delivery skills
- Ability to confidently lead shifts and support team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Compliance requirements
- National Police Clearance (less than 12 months old)
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
