Details: As the Executive Assistant to the Executive Group Manager, you will be reporting to the Business Support Officer. You will play a key role in supporting the executive team and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will provide high-level executive and administrative support, including managing calendars and inboxes, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing agendas, papers and minutes, and overseeing correspondence and document management through Objective ECM.
You will build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants, and provide broader administrative support to the division, including financial processing and recruitment activities.
Success in this role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, independence, and the ability to manage competing priorities while working effectively as part of a team. The role may also involve supervising staff and contributing to a range of activities that support the broader objectives of the division and organisation.

Relevant experience and/or qualifications in executive support/office management.

Experience with Microsoft Office is highly desirable.
Note: This is a temporary position available immediately for a period of up to 12 months with the possibility of permanency. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
