FIFO Quarry Site All-Rounder
Stellar Contracting Services Pty Ltd is currently seeking an experienced and reliable FIFO Quarry Site All-Rounder to join our quarry operations team based near Onslow, Western Australia.
Our business operates in the dimension stone quarrying industry, producing natural stone raw blocks for construction, fabrication and stone processing markets. As our operations continue to grow, we are looking for motivated all-rounder employees who are hands-on, flexible, willing to learn, and able to support different areas of site operations.
Position Details
Position: FIFO Quarry Site All-Rounder
Employment Type: Casual
Roster: 2 weeks on / 1 week off
Shift: Dayshift only, as determined by the Employer in accordance with operational requirements
Location: Regional WA quarry site near Onslow
Hourly Rate: $36.00 – $45.00 per hour plus superannuation, depending on skills and experience
Key Duties
Assisting with general quarry and site operations
Supporting site maintenance and equipment checks
Assisting with moving, preparing and organising materials, tools and equipment
Maintaining safe, tidy and organised work areas
Assisting operators, tradespeople and supervisors as directed
Following site safety procedures and company policies
Performing other reasonable duties within your skills, training and experience
Key Requirements
Previous experience in quarry, mining, construction, civil, mechanical, maintenance or labouring work
Ability to work in a remote FIFO site environment
Strong work ethic and willingness to work in a hands-on site role
Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions
Good safety awareness and ability to follow site procedures
Current valid driver’s licence preferred
Machine tickets, white card, forklift, HR licence or similar tickets will be highly regarded
Full working rights in Australia
Mandarin speaking ability will be highly regarded but is not essential
