We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and motivated HR Administrator to join our Human Resources Services team based at our Belmont Head Office (moving to Perth CBD September 2026). Reporting to the Manager, HR Services, this role provides administrative, coordination and project support across a broad range of Group HR activities.
As an HR Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide administrative and coordination support across Group HR programs and projects.
- Assist with the preparation of HR reports and presentations, ensuring information is accurate while identifying trends and supporting follow-up actions where required.
- Support the review and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, templates and employee resources to ensure they remain current and fit for purpose.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, communications and events.
- Assist with research, benchmarking and information gathering to support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in an HR administration, coordination, project support or similar role.
- High attention to detail and the ability to prepare accurate and professional documents.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with confidence engaging with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach with a willingness to learn and contribute across a broad HR function.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
