About MacKellar MacKellar is the mining services contractor for Bravus' Carmichael Mine, delivering safe, reliable mining services while creating long-term employment opportunities across regional Queensland.
We're looking for experienced Multi-Skilled Operators to join our growing production team.

About the Role
You'll work within a high-performing production team, operating a range of mining equipment safely and efficiently while contributing to production targets and maintaining MacKellar's strong safety culture.
About You To be successful, you'll have:
- Minimum 12 months' mining experience operating Dozers and Haul Trucks
- Experience operating at least one of the following:
- Grader
- Water Truck
- Small Excavator
- CAT 980 Loader
- Current Standard 11
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Relevant RII competencies or a verified training transcript (completed within the last 5 years)
- A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Ability to work a rotating 7/7 day/night roster
