In this role, you will coordinate the marketing, sales, and settlement of retirement living spaces. You will help prospective residents find their ideal home and promote lifestyle activities across our retirement living locations.
Key responsibilities include:
Efficient and responsive handling of enquiries, facilitating inspections, guiding residents through the application and contracts processes ensuring a smooth transition through to settlement and beyond.
Achieving sales targets (KPIs) and completing monthly sales reports.
Ensuring all sales collateral and promotional materials are accurate and current.
Participating in sales and marketing activities.
Updating the CRM database and building positive relationships through community networking and local events.
Effectively collaborating with retirement living managers, contract administration, and refurbishment teams to ensure the sales journey consistently meets SCC standards and exceeds resident expectations.

We are looking for people who will be the difference in the lives of our residents and clients. To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven sales experience with a strong customer service approach and empathy for older people.
Good communication skills and experience using Google Workspace and CRM databases.
A basic understanding of the Retirement Village Act.
A current driver's licence.
Real estate licence or past experience in retirement living or aged care homes is desirable.
