Elwood Dental Group is looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join us for a 12-month Maternity leave position with view of extending into permanent in the future for the right candidate.
We have been a part of the beautiful Elwood Village community for 35 years, and are located 1 street away from the beach in the heart of a busy shopping strip with great coffee and public transport at our doorstep. We love having our locals walk by on their coffee run and give us a wave through the front window!

Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 2 years of Australian Dental Assisting experience
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting preferred
- Reception and Oasis software experience preferred but will be taught to the right candidate
Tasks & responsibilities
- chairside assistance in general dentistry, endodontics, implants, Invisalign, surgical extractions
- maintenance of steri and clinic - ideal knowledge of Australian infection control standards is a must!
- general reception duties, such as liasing with patients, invoicing, appointment bookings, answering phones etc. to stand-in when the receptionist is away from the desk

Salary: $35.00 – $42.00 per hour depending on position and experience
