What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing consistently high-quality espresso-based coffee.
- Delivering friendly, genuine customer service.
- Working efficiently during busy morning rushes.
- Maintaining a clean and organised coffee station.
- Assisting with front-of-house duties when required.
- Working closely with our team to ensure smooth daily operations.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1* year experience* as a barista in a busy café.
- Confident dialling in grinders and maintaining coffee quality throughout the day.
- Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Friendly, reliable, and punctual.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Available for early morning starts and weekday shifts.
