About The Role:
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Service Advisor to join our high-performing Service team. This customer-facing role is critical to delivering a seamless, premium aftersales experience, acting as the key point of contact between our valued clients and the workshop. You will combine exceptional customer service with strong organisational skills, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and trust throughout the service journey aligned with the luxury brands we represent.
In this role you will:

Act as the primary point of contact for service customers from booking through to vehicle handover

Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by delivering personalised, premium service

Accurately interpret customer concerns and communicate repair requirements to technicians

Prepare and explain service estimates, invoices, and repair recommendations

Coordinate workflow between customers, technicians, and parts to ensure timely completion

Provide regular updates to customers on vehicle progress and approvals
-
Identify upsell opportunities in line with manufacturer guidelines and customer needs

Ensure compliance with dealership processes, manufacturer standards, and warranty requirements

Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records within the DMS

Collaborate closely with Parts, Sales, and Workshop teams to exceed customer expectations
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership (prestige brand experience highly regarded)

Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional, polished approach

Excellent organisational and time-management abilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

A customer-first mindset with a passion for premium brands

Intermediate computer skills and experience with DMS systems (preferred)

Valid driver’s licence
