Le Spa Orla is returning.
We are looking for an experienced, warm and highly professional Beauty Therapist to join us as we reopen our boutique spa and wellness studio in Campsie.
Le Spa Orla is an intimate, appointment-only space focused on creating beautiful, unhurried experiences through massage, facial and body treatments. We are intentionally small and personalised, and we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working in this kind of environment.
The role
This is a casual position, initially working:
Thursday afternoons, Fridays and Saturdays
There may be opportunities to increase hours as the business grows.
As we operate by appointment only, this role suits someone who is confident working independently and takes pride in managing their own day.
You will be responsible for:
Providing professional massage, facial and body treatments to a high standard.
Creating a warm and personalised experience for every guest.
Preparing treatment rooms before each appointment and resetting them afterwards.
Managing your appointment schedule and allowing appropriate time between guests.
Maintaining a clean, calm and beautifully presented environment.
Managing your time independently throughout the day.
Opening and closing the studio when required.
Following opening and closing procedures and ensuring the premises are secure.
Maintaining professional standards of hygiene and presentation.
Contributing to the calm, refined atmosphere that is central to the Le Spa Orla experience.
About you
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous experience working as a Beauty Therapist.
Is confident performing facial, body and massage treatments.
Can work independently without constant supervision.
Is organised, reliable and excellent at managing their time.
Is comfortable being the sole therapist on site.
Has a warm, professional and naturally caring manner.
Takes pride in presentation, cleanliness and attention to detail.
Understands that a luxury experience is about much more than the treatment itself.
Is looking to become part of a small business and grow with it.
Experience in a boutique spa or premium hospitality environment would be highly regarded.
