Reporting to the Branch Manager and based at our Tamworth Site, this is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll be the first point of contact for our trade and industrial customers, helping them find the right products, placing orders, and providing solutions that keep their businesses moving.
This is a permanent Full Time role working Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm
What you will be doing:
- Serving trade and industrial customers at the front counter and over the phone
- Process orders and follow-up on deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Managing stock levels
- Handling customer enquiries and providing tailored product advice
- Building strong relationships with regular trade customers
- Supporting general admin and sales tasks as needed

What you will bring:
- Experience in customer service and/or sales administration
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport
- Experience in construction, trade counter or other heavy industry will be highly regarded
- Microsoft Office & SAP system experience highly regarded
- Experience in estimating and drafting in a similar industry is also highly regarded.
