About the Role
We're looking for motivated and reliable Garden Maintenance Team Members to join our growing team.
Whether you're new to the industry or already have experience in horticulture or garden maintenance, we'd love to hear from you. The main thing we're after is a great attitude, willingness to learn, and pride in your work.
You'll be working across a variety of residential, strata, aged care and lifestyle properties throughout the Northern Beaches and surrounding suburbs, helping our team keep some of Sydney's most beautiful gardens looking their best.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lawn mowing and edging
- Hedging and pruning
- Weed control and garden clean-ups
- Planting and garden improvements
- Green waste removal
- Monitoring plant health and garden presentation
- Basic irrigation checks and adjustments
- Supporting your landscaping teammates and contributing to a positive work environment
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Driver's licence (must have)
- Experience in garden maintenance, horticulture or landscaping is a bonus — not essential
- Reliable, physically fit, and keen to learn
- Someone who enjoys working outdoors
- Someone who takes pride in a job well done

Pay: $32.00 – $55.00 per hour
