This role is one of many cogs in our business, where deal with heavy foundation equipment, from piling rigs and cranes, to attachments and equipment, all the way down to providing filters and spare parts for customers. The latter is where this role comes in, providing support to new and existing customers with spare parts, as well as spare parts to maintain and repair our own machines that are a part of our hire fleet.
In this role, you will be required to;
- Organise spare parts
- Maintain healthy parts stock levels
- Work in a team environment to organise parts for maintenance on machines and equipment
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and other staff, both internationally and domestically
- Organise, and sell service kits and spare parts to both new and existing clientele
- Be capable of following policies and procedures, as well as implementing your own systems as you see fit
- Proficiently use a supplied laptop and phone, to order stock, communicate with customers and suppliers, as well as data entry
Wages may be negotiated for the correct applicant, dependant on experience and capabilities. Company car, fuel card, laptop and phone will be provided for the successful applicant. Previous experience in parts and services with heavy machinery is highly regarded, but not necessarily required.
Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
