Eden Academy Morphett Vale is seeking an experienced and inspiring Centre Director to lead our thriving
111-place service operating at 100% occupancy.
This is an opportunity for a confident leader who has successfully managed a large service, enjoys mentoring high-performing teams and is passionate about creating an exceptional experience for children, families and educators.

About You
You're a proven Centre Director who:
- Has 2–3 years' experience successfully leading an Early Childhood service
- Has experience managing a large, high-occupancy centre
- Leads with confidence, kindness and integrity
- Builds engaged, high-performing teams
- Creates strong relationships with families and the local community
- Is passionate about coaching educators and developing future leaders
Essential Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current Child Protection and Food Safety certificates
- Full Australian working rights
