Role Overview
We are seeking a Service Process Improvement Analyst to evaluate service workflows, identify operational inefficiencies, and support initiatives that improve quality, productivity, and customer outcomes. This role combines process analysis, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will work across operational teams to document current processes, assess performance data, recommend practical improvements, and help implement sustainable changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse end-to-end service processes to identify bottlenecks, duplication, delays, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop process maps, workflow documentation, service standards, and operating procedures.
- Review operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and root causes.
- Work with internal stakeholders to design and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement projects using structured problem-solving and process analysis techniques.
- Track improvement outcomes and prepare reports for operational and senior stakeholders.
- Assist with testing and implementation of new workflows, systems, and service procedures.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, service operations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with process mapping and workflow documentation.
- Comfortable analysing operational data and translating findings into practical recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar approaches is advantageous.
Pay: $85,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
