Job Description
We are seeking multiple Admissions Secretaries to join our Patient Admissions team across the hospital.
About the Role

Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors and internal clients.

Respond to patient and doctor enquiries.

Manage administrative processes for patient admissions and discharges.
-
Support a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team.
About You
You’ll be organised, professional, adaptable and confident communicating with a range of stakeholders. You’ll also have:

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-
Proven organisational and problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Ability to manage conflict and maintain positive working relationships.

Medical terminology knowledge (desirable).
-
Experience booking medical/surgical admissions and procedures (highly desirable).
