We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Floor Staff member / Waitress to join our fast-paced and friendly team.
About the Role
As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, taking food and beverage orders, serving guests, handling payments, and ensuring a welcoming dining experience.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, bar, or hospitality environment
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
- Availability to work Friday and Saturday nights
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Well-presented, reliable, and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
