TELECOMMUNICATIONS CABLE JOINTER - Full Time
UPRACK PTY LTD is seeking a qualified and experienced Telecommunications Cable Jointer to join our team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining telecommunications cables, including optical fibre and copper systems, to ensure efficient and reliable network connectivity. Salary on offer is $80000-$110000 plus super depending on experience
To be considered for this position, you must-:
- Relevant qualifications in Telecommunications or a related field or Minimum 2 years of experience in cable jointing, splicing, and termination.
- Proficiency in handling copper, coaxial, and optical fibre cables.
- Experience with fault diagnosis, cable testing equipment, and OTDR usage.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications safety standards and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Current driver’s license and ability to work across project sites.
