Talent Acquisition Consultant

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent Acquisition team at Marsh. This role will be based in Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This is a permanent, full time role reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, Pacific. You will partner with internal stakeholders to deliver end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of roles.

We will count on you to:

Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery across a range of roles, including screening, interviews, offer management, and onboarding

Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to deliver a consistent and effective recruitment experience

Use proactive sourcing approaches to identify and engage suitable candidates in the market

Contribute to recruitment process improvement and support hiring manager capability through practical guidance

Provide recruitment advice, market insights, and competitor information to internal stakeholders

What you need to have:

Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, either in-house or in agency recruitment

Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across a range of roles

Well-developed communication, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship skills

A clear focus on candidate care, service delivery, and working to deadlines whilst managing high volumes

Exposure to process improvement or hiring manager capability support
