The Ideal Candidate For This Role:
- Have a great attitude towards work, self-motivated, proactive, be a team player, attention to detail and willing to learn
- Strong motivation and work ethic
- Focused
- Ability to listen and take direction given by tradepersons
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Willingness to learn the trade of cabinet making from the ground up
- Hardworking and reliable is a must
- Punctual
- Be committed to finishing their apprenticeship and become a fully qualified cabinet maker
- Preferable but not essential - Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
- White Card or be willing to obtain prior to starting
Your Role will include but not limited to:
- Assist in all aspects of cabinet making
- Maintain a clean workshop
- Receive training and develop skills in:
- Assembly of cabinet and joinery components
- Edge banding and fitting hardware
- Safe operation and maintenance of tools and equipment
Immediate start desirable, but can be discussed.
Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship
Pay: $26.98 – $47.55 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Seven Hills NSW 2147: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driver Licence (Preferred)
