Family Allied Services is seeking a passionate and reliable Speech Pathologist / Speech Therapist to join our growing allied health clinic in Fairfield Heights, NSW.
We are located in Fairfield Heights NSW 2165, in a convenient location close to local shops, schools, cafés, medical services and surrounding suburbs such as Smithfield, Prairiewood, Canley Vale and Bossley Park.
This is a full-time permanent position offering $110,000 – $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
The successful applicant will work with children, adults, families and NDIS participants, providing high-quality speech pathology assessments, intervention planning, therapy sessions, progress reporting and communication support.
About the Role
As a Speech Pathologist at Family Allied Services, you will support clients across centre-based, school and community settings, assisting with speech, language, communication, fluency, social communication, literacy, swallowing and developmental needs.
You will work closely with families, carers, educators and other professionals to help clients build communication skills, confidence, independence and participation in everyday life.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, communication and swallowing assessments
- Develop individualised therapy goals and treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based speech pathology intervention
- Support children and adults with speech, language, fluency, literacy, social communication and communication-related needs
- Work with adults, children, families, carers and NDIS participants
- Complete progress notes, reports and NDIS documentation
- Provide practical strategies for families, carers and educators to use at home, school and in the community
- Collaborate with other allied health professionals where required
- Maintain professional and ethical clinical standards

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology
- Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience as a Speech Pathologist preferred
- Current or eligible membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Experience working with adults, children, families or NDIS participants
- Flexibility to provide school and community visits
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
