KEV PURPOSE
The PAC admin Graduate is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the PAC team while gaining practical experience across a broad range of HR functions. This role offers a valuable opportunity for a recent graduate to develop their PAC knowledge, skills, and professional experience in a supportive and collaborative environment. The Graduate will contribute to key People & Culture activities, projects, and initiatives, while building a strong foundation for a career in PAC. Act as a key user of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), maintaining employee data integrity and supporting system administration activities.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Maintain employee records and PAC databases.
- Prepare PAC documents such as contracts and letters via HRIS.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and training sessions.
- Respond to employee queries and support PAC communications.
- Provide reports and track compliance records including mandatory training
- Onboarding and offboarding requirements in HRIS.
- Manage invoices and reimbursements related to People and Culture.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Management, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources and People & Culture.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn new systems.
