We are looking for a friendly and organized Customer Care Representative to join a fast-paced and exciting environment and be a welcoming face to our clients and their pets!
As a part of the Customer Care team, your duties will include:

Part Time role, across a variety of day shifts, evenings and weekends

Handling a high volume of inbound calls

Welcoming clients and their pets
-
Booking and managing appointments
-
Managing email enquiries
-
Invoicing and taking payments – including cash and EFTPOS
-
Processing payments on Vetpay, Zippay and Afterpay finance platforms
-
Coordinate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication

Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as required
About your experience and skill:
-
Minimum 2 years' experience in a reception/customer service role

Ability to remain calm under pressure, during busy times, emergency situations or while dealing with difficult clients

Strong computer literacy skills

Experience with appointment entries, invoicing, and taking payments

Ability to manage your time effectively

Amazing attention to detail
-
Friendly, warm and professional phone manner with the ability to converse with a range of different people with compassion and empathy

Strong interpersonal and relationship skills

Flexibility to work a range of shifts and availability during busy peak seasons (Christmas, Easter, school holidays)
