Food & Beverage Attendant (Front of House)
We're looking for friendly, reliable Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team at our brew pub.
About the Role
As a Front of House team member, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for our guests while delivering efficient and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and serving customers with a positive attitude.
- Taking food and beverage orders and delivering them accurately.
- Preparing and serving drinks (where applicable).
- Handling POS transactions and cash.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-presented venue.
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen
- Following responsible service and venue procedures.
What We're Looking For
- A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential—we're happy to train the right person.
- Current RSA (or willingness to obtain one).
