A permanent full-time opportunity exists for a Packing Operator based at CopRice Wangaratta. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team and responsible for the efficient and safe operation of the Extruder and ancillary equipment of the Extrusion plant, ensuring production requirements are met on a daily basis.
What You’ll Do
Operate packing equipment and seal bags manually
Handle bags up to 20kg
Check batch numbers and ensure proper sealing
Keep your workspace clean and safe
Perform repetitive tasks with precision

Working Hours
Rotating 2-week schedule (Monday–Friday):
Week 1: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Week 2: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Please note that there are plans to introduce an additional night shift (10:00pm – 6:00am). If implemented, this will transition the roster to a 3-week rotating schedule.
