The Opportunity:
We're looking for a creative, energetic and customer-focused Decorator & Front of House Team Member to join our Ballarat team on a part-time ongoing basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety. You'll spend part of your time creating and finishing our delicious bakery products, while also helping deliver the friendly customer experience Beechworth Bakery is famous for.
From decorating our iconic vanilla slices and Beestings to serving customers their favourite treats with a smile, no two days are the same.
What you will be doing:
About You:
We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of creativity, precision, and a passion for hospitality.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a bakery, café, hospitality or food production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- A positive, reliable and proactive attitude.
- Great customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Barista experience is advantageous, or a willingness to learn.
- Trade qualifications (Pastry or similar) are desirable but not essential for experienced candidates.
