Our opportunity is ideal for a highly organised & self-motivated individual who's positive can do mindset will successfully support our Directors, team & clients. Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking the best suited person to join our close-knit team.
- Admin support for 2 company Directors
- Ensure our office & clinic run efficiently including; calls, emails, scanning, appointments, office cleanliness, etc.
- Invoicing, payments & associated processes
- Own key internal meetings, admin processes, systems, document preparation & client files
- Coordinate & communicate with staff, client & partners
- Support social media, marketing & IT
- For the right candidate, your new role might extend to informally lead our other admin staff
- Demonstrated relevant experience from admin assistant or similar roles
- Friendly, enthusiastic & proactive approach
- Extensive planning & organisation expertise
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, multitasking, efficient & productive
- Windows 10, Microsoft Office & Android
- NSW drivers licence
- Highly regarded yet not essential; HR / IT / Finance / Marketing exposure
