As our Head of Service Enablement , you'll have the unique opportunity to shape a newly established function that sits at the centre of client experience, workforce optimisation and operational excellence. This is not a role focused on maintaining what’s already in place. It’s an opportunity to shape strategy, build capability and lead transformational initiatives that enhance client experience, workforce effectiveness and organisational performance.

What You'll Do
Reporting into Chief Operating Officer- Aged & Community Services, you'll lead Anglicare's Service Enablement function, ensuring our services are accessible, responsive and aligned to client demand. In the role you’ll:
- Lead and evolve centrally managed enabelement functions across the organisation.
- Design and implement service models that improve client access, service coordination and operational performance.
- Drive workforce planning, capacity management and resource optimisation strategies.
- Use data and insights to improve productivity, utilisation and client outcomes.
- Lead business improvement, process redesign and innovation initiatives.
- Partner with operational leaders to align service delivery, workforce capacity and strategic priorities.
- Build and develop high-performing teams focused on service excellence and continuous improvement.
- Play a key role in transformation projects that will shape the future of service delivery at Anglicare.
About You
You're a commercially minded and service orientated leader who thrives on solving complex operational challenges and turning strategy into action. What you will bring:
- A strong track record of improving customer or client experiences while driving operational performance.
- Experience leading workforce capacity planning, resource allocation or service coordination functions.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive performance.
- Experience leading change, transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- A passion for building high-performing teams and creating a culture of accountability, innovation and service excellence.
- Current National Police Check or Current NDIS Workers Screening
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field
- Sector Experience (desired)
